Claudia Restrepo is a Los Angeles-based writer, director and actor who is passionate about minority and queer representation, both in front of and behind the camera.
She is a graduate of the National Hispanic Media Coalition Television Writing Program, and an Academy Nicholl Fellowship quarterfinalist. As an actor you can catch Claudia in a recurring role on season 3 of Vida (STARZ), and she was most recently a staff writer for the animated show Your Daily Horoscope. Claudia is also a former BuzzFeed producer, where she wrote and directed dozens of videos for the Latinx digital platform, Pero Like.
Claudia has directed and appeared in videos for brands including Verizon, Facebook Watch, Citibank, American Airlines, AT&T and more. One of her favorite projects to date is Lesbian Princess, a series she co-wrote and directed, which has amassed millions of views and combines her love of historical fiction with LGBTQ themes.
